At Gelateria Uli, we're committing to keeping our case stocked with the flavors that many of us expect. Flavors like chocolate, pistachio and stracciatella will almost always be available. But we also like to play with new ingredients, and our community is our new flavor braintrust. We welcome suggestions for new flavors, no matter how seemingly simple or inventive. If your suggestion ends up in the case, we'll give you a free pint. So, suggest a flavor, and feel free to tag other suggestions that sound good to you.
Half half of both flavors with bite-size strawberries. A refreshing drink loved by many so why no make it into a mouth watering gelato as well.
I drink this as a juice in the summertime and it's perfect, maybe add some herb like basil or mint to make it taste even more refreshing!
Ume is a Japanese plum! It's the fruit used in making umeboshi (sour pickled plum) and umeshu (Japanese plum liquor) among other things. It's really tasty and I imagine it'd make an interesting sorbet flavor.

This is one of my all time favorite fruits. Whenever I go back home to Belize, I seek it out and eat it until I pop. My mom makes ice cream or Popsicle for us as well.

This is the best combination. Turkey hill used to have this combo but it got discontinued and I have never found that taste since then. The tart and sweet combo is unbeatable.
Simple as it sounds. Had brown sugar flavor at palazzo but they no longer have it. Waffles are just a bonus.
It is a popular ice cream in New Zealand and I have never seen it here. It's DELICIOUS! Vanilla with swirls of honey and chunks of honey comb. Nom nom nom!
Holy crud muffins please add spumoni. It is a blend of the most delicious flavors and its so uniquely Italian and I'm very passionate about this flavor. Thank you!
