Hello I'm Kana from Tokyo. Last summer I visited L.A. for the first time and picked up Edible LA and found your gelateria. Didn't have time to visit last time but definitely be there this summer. Sakura, cherry blossom is my suggestion. Salted cherry petals and leaves are often used in Japanese sweets, bread , sushi and such. I love the sweet-savory flavor and pretty color of pink. It would be divine combined with mochi and anko, sweet bean paste. looking forward to enjoy your gelato <3
