Uli Nasibova opened her first shop in 2014, in a tiny storefront in downtown L.A.’s Spring Arcade, and a second location in Mid-City three years later. Nasibova is from Azerbaijan and got hooked on gelato-making after leaving a career in finance. The gelato is made daily on-site and comes in flavors such as California pistachio, yogurt and cherry jam, sea salt chocolate and speculoos.
